Shipping policy
We hope you love and enjoy your new KFD!
We do accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Stock piece: anything that is not ordered or colored specifically for you, is eligible for full refund or exchange.
Custom piece: eligible for refund, minus a 10% restocking fee.
For all returns and exchanges, the KFD must be in new condition (no dyeing, washing, gelling, cutting, etc.) and the return must be initiated within 7 days from when the package was received.
KFD does not cover the cost of return shipping.
If a service such as color, repair, conversion is done for you, payment is in advance and not refundable.
The KFD U is not eligible for returns.
How to initiate a return:
1. Contact kippahfallsinfo@gmail.com before 7 days have elapsed
2. Pack the Item in the original hair net and clear bag. You may use the original envelope or your own.
3. Consider sending tracking information to ensure that you have met the 7 day deadline.
4. Refunds will be issued 2-5 days from when package is received.
*KFD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
