Return & Exchange Policy
We do accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Stock pieces:
Anything that is not ordered or colored specifically for you, is eligible for full refund or exchange.
Custom pieces:
Custom orders are eligible for refund, minus a 10% restocking fee.
For all returns and exchanges, the KFD must be in new condition (no dyeing, washing, gelling, cutting, etc.) and the return must be initiated within 7 days from when the package was received.
KFD does not cover the cost of return shipping.
If a service such as color, repair, or conversion is done for you, payment is in advance and not refundable.
The KFD U is not eligible for returns.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that has not been claimed within 3 months of notification that they are ready. Deposits are not refundable on any unclaimed orders.

How to initiate a return:
1. Contact info@kippahfallsdirect.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Pack the Item in the original hair net and clear bag. You may use the original envelope or your own.
3. Consider sending tracking information to ensure that you have met the 7 day deadline.
4. Refunds will be issued 2-5 days from when package is received.
*KFD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
